Job Description

Role & responsibilities Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, the requirements of the open position, and the overall company culture. Actively search for potential candidates using various tools, including databases, social media, and referrals. Thoroughly screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Recruiters may conduct initial phone screens or video interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the position. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process. Negotiate job offers and compensation packages with successful candidates, working to reach a mutually agreeable agreement. May be involved in the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are successfully integrated into the company. Utilize ATS to manage candidate information and streamline the recruitment process. Continually seek ways to improve and optimize the recruitment process, utilizing new technologies and best practices.
