KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand manpower requirements for various departments and plan recruitment accordingly.
Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, references, and campus drives.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct preliminary telephonic and in-person interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and panel members.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
Prepare offer letters, coordinate joining formalities, and assist in onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Participate in employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and campus recruitment.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the hiring proces
