Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the

    end-to-end recruitment cycle

    (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers).
  • Build and manage a strong

    pipeline of candidates

    through various sourcing channels.
  • Coordinate with

    hiring managers

    to understand role requirements and ensure closures.
  • Maintain accurate

    recruitment trackers and reports

    .
  • Ensure

    timely onboarding

    and smooth handover to HR operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in

    HR/Management or related field

    .
  • 3+ years of core recruitment experience

    (preferably in bulk/mid-level hiring).
  • Excellent

    communication and stakeholder management skills

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    job portals, social media hiring, and sourcing techniques

    .
  • Immediate joiners preferred;

    male candidates only

    (client requirement).
