Coordinate with external background verification agencies to ensure timely and accurate results.
Collect, organize, and maintain all pre-employment documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Verify the authenticity of candidate-provided information, including educational qualifications, previous employment, and references.
Ensure strict adherence to data privacy and confidentiality protocols throughout the verification process.
