Employee Data Compliance
• Maintain and update employee data in SF in compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Generate and distribute monthly MIS reports on employee data to respective business HR teams.
• Prepare and share monthly Loss of Pay (LOP) and reversal reports with payroll auditors for validation and processing. Number of Audit remarks/reports Data Accuracy & Timeliness
• Maintain compliance with defined Quality and Timelines SLAs for all Workforce Administration (WFA) processes.
• Identify and address potential SLA deviations to maintain operational efficiency. No. of escalations/ concerns raised by Stakeholders
• Engage with process stakeholders to facilitate seamless data transitions, ensuring alignment with process requirements and timelines.
• Act as a backup resource during team member absences or high-demand periods, ensuring seamless workflow continuity and timely task completion.

• Business HR for managing Employee Data
• Payroll to share monthly payroll inputs
• Recruitment for creation of new joined record in HR systems

• Work Design to handle OM related SAP transactions Dimensions List the significant numerical data which will reflect the scope and scale of activities concerning this job Financial Dimensions These should be quantifiable numerical amounts like annual budgets, project costs, annual revenue, purchase value etc.
