Process Trainee - HR Operations

Profile Summary

As a Process Trainee at Zalaris, you will be responsible for supporting payroll operations and data management processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and timelines. You will assist in handling payroll input, identifying process deviations, and providing analytical support to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Highlight cases noted outside policy and ensure they are resolved directly with the claimant.
  
• Handle data input and validation for payroll processing.
  
• Manage deviation handling and escalate issues as needed.
  
• Report process concerns and improvement areas to the management.
  
• Support customers in identifying and addressing process gaps for continuous improvement.
  
• Collect and attach missing or unclear data to reports; monitor import/export errors and perform root cause analysis.
  
• Track deadlines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  
• Respond to requests through CRM, resolve errors, and take corrective actions while meeting deadlines.
  
• Maintain and update master data accurately.
  
• Demonstrate excellent analytical and interpersonal skills to ensure smooth coordination across teams.
  

Requirements

• Masters degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Strong attention to detail with a good understanding of payroll or data management processes.
  
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic HR tools or CRM systems.
  
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
  
• Analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
