Key Responsibilities

Culture & Performance

• Build and sustain a people-first, performance-first culture rooted in care, courage, and accountability.
• Design rituals, programs, and communication that reinforce values while driving excellence.
• Create a high-trust environment where feedback is welcomed and performance standards are clear.

Talent Development & Growth

• Partner with leaders to set bold goals, while ensuring employees have the tools, support, and coaching to meet them.
• Lead leadership and manager development programs that combine empathy with execution.
• Build succession planning and career pathing frameworks to retain and grow high-potential talent.

Employee Experience

• Ensure the employee journeyfrom hiring to exit—is thoughtful, transparent, and aligned with our culture.
• Build recognition systems that celebrate both results and behaviors that embody our values.
• Continuously measure and improve engagement, belonging, and retention.

Organizational Effectiveness

• Develop performance management frameworks that balance accountability with development.
• Use people analytics to track impact (attrition, productivity, engagement) and recommend actions.
• Strengthen collaboration between teams through structures, tools, and facilitation.

People Operations.

• Guide managers to become effective culture and performance stewards.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in HR / People & Culture / Organizational Development, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience building cultures that balance empathy with high performance.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, policies, and organizational development.
• Ability to influence senior leaders while being hands-on in execution.
• A track record of improving engagement, retention, and performance outcomes.
• Courageous, empathetic, and results-oriented in equal measure.
