Role Summary:
We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Office Administration to lead and optimize our workplace operations. This role anchors the office experience, ensuring seamless coordination across facilities, administration, and employee engagement throughout APAC region.. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of driving operational excellence while fostering a welcoming, productive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities, hospitality services, and vendor coordination
- Lead a 30-member team comprising full-time employees and contractors
- Manage administrative teams to ensure high standards of service, responsiveness, and professionalism
- Partner with HR, IT, and Finance to support onboarding, compliance, and workplace policy execution
- Oversee food services, ensuring quality, efficiency, and employee satisfaction
- Manage office budgets, procurement processes, and cost optimization initiatives
- Drive employee experience programs—including events, wellness initiatives, and culture-building activities
- Ensure safety, security, and regulatory compliance across all workplace functions
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery
Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience in office management and workplace operations
- Proven ability to manage multiple locations with consistency and efficiency
- Demonstrated leadership in overseeing cross-functional teams and vendor partnerships
- Strong skills in organization, budgeting, and stakeholder communication
- Proficient in workplace technology tools, including visitor management, ticketing systems, and facility management platforms
- Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a focus on adaptability and service excellence
