Senior Manager - MIS and Banking

Job Title: Banking & MIS Executive

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India

Company Overview: A greenfield manufacturing venture scaling rapidly supplying to India’s leading steel companies.

Role Objective:

To manage banking operations, ensure compliance with internal policies and banking regulations, handle day-to-day transactions and reconciliation, and deliver timely, accurate MIS for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain relationships with multiple banks; handle daily transactions and reconciliations.

- Ensure compliance for ECB, loan disbursals, and banking documentation.

- Prepare and submit accurate banking forms and handle compliance audits.

- Generate regular MIS for AP and AR, cash flow, fund flow, and vendor ageing.

- Perform regular financial analysis to support management decisions.

- Coordinate with the CFO and finance team; support ERP (SAP) integration for banking and MIS processes.

- Identify and resolve discrepancies; maintain accurate records for audit readiness.

- Timely and accurate MIS reporting

- Zero errors in banking transactions

- Compliance with ECB and banking regulations

- Smooth bank coordination and reconciliations

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 5–6 years’ experience in banking operations and MIS, preferably in a manufacturing setup. Must have dealt with MNC banks and be proficient in SAP.
