As a Senior Manager and the strategic leader for brand, communications, and partnerships, this role will act as the chief architect of LAHI's public presence and the driving force behind its strategic alliances. This role exists to translate our mission into a powerful, recognized brand and tangible opportunities. The role will also amplify our story across all media, represent us on global stages, and forge critical partnerships with government, industry, and academia to directly create pathways for skill development and employment. Ultimately, the role is expected to align our internal culture with external impact, scaling our reach and cementing our legacy as a transformative force in the social sector.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Craft and Champion the LAHI Brand
Develop and lead a comprehensive brand strategy that powerfully communicates LAHI's mission, values, and impact to diverse audiences.
Ensure brand consistency and resonance across all internal and external touch points, building a cohesive and respected identity.
2. Lead Strategic Communications and Media Relations
Design and execute integrated communication plans that leverage digital media to amplify LAHI's work and establish it as a thought leader.
Proactively engage with media outlets and manage the organization's social media presence to share compelling stories of achievement and impact.
3. Drive Strategic Partnerships for Impact
Identify, negotiate, and secure high-value partnerships with government agencies, corporations, academic institutions, and social sector organizations.
Focus on developing collaborations that directly create opportunities in skill education, internships, and employment for LAHI's beneficiaries.
4. Serve as a Key Ambassador and Spokesperson
Represent LAHI with authority and credibility at national and international conferences, policy forums, and public events.
Act as a primary spokesperson, effectively articulating the organization's vision and value proposition to stakeholders, influencers, and the media.
5. Foster Internal Alignment and Collaborative Culture
Work cross-functionally to ensure all teams and external partners are aligned with strategic goals for seamless project execution.
Identify and resolve communication or operational bottlenecks to enhance teamwork, efficiency, and overall organizational effectiveness.
6. Manage Critical Stakeholder Relationships
Serve as the key liaison between the Founder's office, senior leadership, and external partners, ensuring transparent and productive communication.
Nurture and expand a network of influential supporters and champions for LAHI's mission.
7. Build and Mentor a High-Performing Team
Lead, mentor, and develop the communications and partnerships team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Drive initiatives that strengthen LAHI's internal culture and build capacity to achieve strategic objectives
