Title: Senior Manager Insights and Analytics
Location: Hyderabad
The role is responsible for leading i-Health’s data-driven digital transformation by implementing its digital roadmap and advancing data science and analytics maturity. This includes delivering technical data solutions aligned with business strategy, driving agile analytics development, and providing actionable insights. The position also involves leading and inspiring a team, fostering a collaborative culture, and ensuring alignment with leadership on digital initiatives. The goal is to create significant business value through advanced analytics capabilities, supporting i-Health’s growth in health and wellness. Key responsibilities:

• Digital Transformation Leadership:
• • Acts as a change agent to lead i-Health’s data-driven digital transformation.
  • Oversees the execution and delivery of data science projects and digital programs.
  • Ensures solutions are strategically aligned and generate tangible business value.
• Technical Implementation & Product Development:
• • Focuses on the technical delivery of data and analytics products and services.
  • Champions agile methodologies to build scalable and proactive digital capabilities.
  • Maximizes the business impact of analytics through product development.
• Analytics, Insights, and Storytelling:
• • Supports the interpretation and storytelling of digital and analytics outcomes.
  • Provides insights grounded in both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Team Leadership & Culture:
• • Leads and mentors a team of data professionals, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented culture.
  • Empowers team members to contribute meaningfully to digital transformation goals.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
• • Works closely with leadership teams to identify opportunities, address challenges, and ensure alignment on digital initiatives.
  • Drives synergy across departments to support transformation efforts.

• The Data Science and Analytics function is embedded within the i-Health business unit, which is focused on becoming a global leader in health and wellness, especially in areas such as the Microbiome and Women’s Health.
• i-Health is a growing company with over 160 employees globally, aiming to leverage data-driven insights to achieve both short-term performance and long-term strategic goals.

• The i-Health Data Science and Analytics team is critical to accelerating the adoption and industrialization of analytics across the organization.
• By embracing cutting-edge technologies and techniques, the team aims to generate significant, sustained business impact and unlock new value streams.

You Bring:

• 10 years of experience in IT, with strong expertise in system integration and API management
• Proficient in XML, with a solid understanding of data formats and exchange protocols
• Experience with Azure cloud services (good to have/working knowledge)
• Team leadership experience, managing a team of 5–6 internal reportees
• Oversight and coordination with 6 internal stakeholders and 30+ external stakeholders/partners
• Skilled in delivering scalable integration solutions across diverse systems and platforms
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to drive digital transformation and support enterprise technology initiatives
