About the Role


Senior Manager – Influencer Marketing


Key Responsibilities


Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of influencer marketing professionals (Associates/Managers).
  • Define team goals, allocate responsibilities, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of campaigns.
  • Provide training, feedback, and career development support to team members.


Client & Campaign Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key brand clients, ensuring smooth communication and long-term relationship building.
  • Oversee end-to-end influencer campaigns, from ideation and planning to execution, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Ensure campaigns meet brand objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Strategy, Pricing, Planning, Procurement, and Operations) to deliver successful campaigns.


Strategy & Planning

  • Develop influencer strategies tailored to client objectives, audiences, and industry trends.
  • Stay up to date with emerging influencer, social media, and content trends, and integrate them into strategies.
  • Present innovative campaign ideas, creative concepts, and strategy decks to clients.


Revenue & Growth

  • Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling influencer marketing solutions.
  • Ensure client retention and satisfaction through consistent performance delivery.
  • Track and monitor campaign KPIs, delivering insights and recommendations to optimize results.


Process Excellence

  • Streamline influencer onboarding, briefing, and reporting processes for efficiency.
  • Maintain high standards of campaign reporting and ROI measurement.
  • Contribute to building scalable systems and best practices within the influencer marketing team.


Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or brand partnerships, with at least 1-2 years in a team management role.
  • Proven track record of handling end-to-end influencer campaigns across categories.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
