Key Responsibilities

Client & Campaign Leadership

• Own and manage end-to-end delivery of influencer marketing campaigns for mid-to-large scale brands.
• Understand client objectives, build campaign strategies, and translate briefs into effective influencer plans.
• Build strong client relationships, ensuring retention and account growth.
• Lead campaign presentations, strategy decks, and performance reviews with clients.

Influencer Strategy & Partnerships

• Develop influencer shortlists and campaign strategies aligned with brand positioning and target audiences.
• Negotiate and onboard influencers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality deliverables.
• Maintain and expand relationships with top creators, talent managers, and platforms.
• Stay ahead of digital and influencer trends to recommend innovative solutions to clients.

Team & Process Management

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Associates/Managers to ensure high-quality execution.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Planning, Pricing, Campaign Management) to ensure smooth workflow.
• Establish SOPs for influencer marketing campaigns to improve efficiency and consistency.

Performance & Growth

• Track, analyze, and report campaign ROI, engagement, and brand impact.
• Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to business growth through strategic account expansion.
• Represent the company at industry events, panels, and networking opportunities.
