Senior Manager- Influencer Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Campaign Management

• Lead end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Own client relationships – from campaign briefing to reporting and performance reviews
• Interpret briefs and translate them into actionable influencer strategies
• Work closely with the client servicing team to maintain client satisfaction and retention

Team Management & Collaboration

• Manage a team of influencer marketing executives and associates; oversee their work and ensure timely delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams (Strategy, Sales, Pricing, Creator Acquisition) to ensure campaign efficiency
• Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to team members

Strategy & Planning

• Build creator strategies based on brand objectives and target audiences
• Curate the right mix of influencers and content formats to meet campaign goals
• Stay updated on platform trends, formats, and creator insights to inform planning

Execution & Optimization

• Supervise influencer negotiations, deliverables, timelines, and quality checks
• Handle escalations and ensure smooth execution of multi-influencer campaigns
• Monitor KPIs, optimize performance mid-campaign, and deliver impactful reports

Reporting & Analysis

• Create post-campaign reports with clear insights and recommendations
• Drive ROI-driven influencer campaigns and work closely with analytics teams
