Role Overview: Cialfo, a leading platform connecting students, higher education institutions, and counselors through technology-driven solutions, is seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Manager, HR Operations to lead the global people operations team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for building and scaling efficient, compliant, and employee-centered HR operations across all regions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the global Talent Operations team, providing direction, coaching, and development. - Partner closely with the VP of Talent and regional leaders to design and execute scalable people operations strategies. - Drive operational excellence through standardization, automation, and process improvement. - Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, offboarding, and documentation. - Ensure compliance with regional employment laws and company policies across multiple jurisdictions. - Review and update policies regularly, ensuring consistent implementation and communication across offices. - Oversee workforce reporting and analytics, providing insights to support leadership decision-making. - Partner with key stakeholders to ensure smooth employee experiences throughout their lifecycle. - Lead HR transformation and integration projects, including system migrations, policy harmonization, and process automation. - Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and elevate HR's efficiency and impact. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business, or related field. - 10+ years of HR operations experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Strong understanding of employment law, HRIS systems (HiBob preferred), and compliance frameworks. - Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills. - Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with global teams.
