Job Title:

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with Sales & Marketing leaders on recruitment, onboarding, and employee life cycle management.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, conduct touchpoints, and implement improvements based on feedback.
Conduct exit interviews to minimize regrettable attrition.
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for Sales & Marketing roles.
Collaborate with L&D to identify training needs and enable effective development programs.
Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable business insights.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Mentor and support team members; identify and develop high-potential talent.
Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Legal teams for smooth HR operations.

Candidate Profile:

1015 years of HR experience, preferably in Manufacturing.
Strong expertise in Sales & Marketing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
Excellent understanding of HR policies, analytics, and compliance.
Passionate about employee engagement and building positive work cultures.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
MBA (Full-time/Regular) with first-class marks.
