Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data related to workforce demographics, talent acquisition, performance, learning, compensation, and retention.
Develop and maintain HR dashboards, scorecards, and reports for leadership teams.
Provide insights and recommendations on workforce trends, turnover, productivity, and engagement.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify analytics needs and deliver solutions.
Build predictive models (e.g., attrition risk, hiring demand, succession planning) to support strategic HR initiatives.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data privacy standards.
Support HR technology optimization (HRIS, ATS, LMS, payroll systems) for enhanced reporting and analytics.
Benchmark HR metrics against industry standards to identify gaps and opportunities.
Partner with Finance, Operations, and IT teams for cross-functional data projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, or Workforce Planning (experience level depends on the position level).
Demonstrated experience with HR data reporting, visualization, and predictive modeling.
