Job Description (Posting).

The roles and responsibilities include:
  • Foster strong collaboration between sales, marketing, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of ABM initiatives
  • Strategize, Plan, and Assist in executing a variety of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer experience and demand generation
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital and traditional methods
  • Planning and executing demand gen campaigns, events, roundtables, webinars
  • Develop and implement Cross-sell and up-sell initiatives to support business growth
  • Effectively driving thought leadership content for the business
  • End-to-end GTM planning and launching 360-degree campaigns by closely working with solutions and sales teams
  • Marketing planning, budgeting, roll-out, tracking, and executive reporting with actionable insights.
  • Conceptualizing and executing innovative programs to drive demand, relationship-building
  • Analytical and reporting skills, work ethic who demonstrates collaboration with different stakeholders and teams
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ongoing marketing efforts
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization
  • Leverage various marketing technologies, such as marketing automation, to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, vendors and internal team members
  • Ensure that all marketing initiatives align with business goals and objectives
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of marketing technologies and tools, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to use data to inform marketing strategy
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
