Swiggy Dineout is in its early stages of building and winning the dining-out category. We are unlocking massive opportunities across cities and customer segments, not just in table reservations but also in shaping the future of in-restaurant dining
We’re looking for a Senior Manager – Growth to lead three high-impact 0-1 charters
This role is for someone who thrives on building new growth engines from scratch, has strong commercial acumen, and can orchestrate large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with speed and impact.
What You’ll Own
1. O2O Growth (Offline to Online)
Build and scale offline-to-online programs (QR, POS,, cafés, QSRs) that drive new user acquisition.
Partner with restaurants to execute in-store growth levers (offers, freebies, activations).
Use analytics to optimize CAC, conversion funnels, and retention for O2O-acquired users.
2. Growth & Monetization Partnerships
Identify and execute strategic partnerships that unlock new monetization levers and customer acquisition atscale.
Drive monetization-focused alliances with ecosystem players (payments, banks, brands, tech partners).
Build joint GTM plans with partners to deliver measurable growth and business impact.
Ensure every partnership contributes to topline growth, incremental demand, and sustainable monetization.
3. Dineout 2.0 – Digital
MenuLead the launch and scale-up of Dineout’s Digital Menu across partner restaurants.
Drive adoption by collaborating with Product, Tech, and Restaurant Partner teams.
Build monetization models (upselling, promotions, partner branding) while enhancing the consumer dining experience.
4. Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor a high-performing growth team.
Work closely with Marketing, Product, City Business, and Analytics to deliver AOP targets.
Influence strategy both centrally and locally to drive consistent scale.
Preferred
Nice-to-Have Experience with payment partnerships, bank alliances, or ecosystem-driven customer acquisition models.
Exposure to O2O acquisition models and hyperlocal activations.
Strong network in the F&B and consumer techecosystem.
