Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Manager – Finance to lead our financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance functions. This role is critical to ensuring the financial health and regulatory alignment of the organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep financial expertise, strong leadership abilities, and a forward-thinking approach to support high-impact decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) process, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and liquidity planning to ensure financial stability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable laws.
• Manage internal and external audits; coordinate with auditors to ensure timely and satisfactory audit closures.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing financial insights for key business decisions.
• Handle banking relationships, negotiate credit lines, and manage funding requirements.
• Track financial KPIs and develop dashboards to provide clear visibility into financial performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or an equivalent professional qualification.
• 10–12 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership/managerial capacity.
• Strong command of Indian accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in managing audits, financial reporting, and cash flow.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive process improvements, and influence business strategy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
