Responsibilities
* Finalization of Quarterly & Annual accounts of SPV's and Parent Company.* Finalization of Consolidation - Quarterly & Annual accounts along with notes and accounting policies.* Well versed with Indian Accounting standards (Ind AS )* Coordinating with Statutory Auditors, Internal auditors etc.* Mergers and Acquisitions * Fixed Assets accounting and maintaining FAR.* Reconciliation of Receivables and payables and Ledger Scrutiny.* Experience in ERP - SAP, Tally.
