Document Controller

Job Purpose: a) A Document Controller is a crucial role within an organization responsible for managing, organizing, and controlling, the flow of documents and information. b) This position ensures that all documents are accurately recorded, distributed and archived in compliance with organizational and industry standards. c) The Document Controller plays a key role in maintaining document integrity, version control, and facilitating effective communication withing the company. d) The Document Controller plays a key role in maintaining documents bases on ISO Standards and help conducting audits to verify document accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Major Responsibilities: a) Document Management: • Received, review, and categorize incoming documents. • Ensure all documents are accurately labelled, filled, and stored in a secure and accessible manner. • Maintain systematic and organised documents control system. • Manage ISO 14001 and 45001 Documents as per standard. • Manage ISO 27001 Documents as per standard. b) Revision Control: • Implement and manage version control system for documents to prevent errors or discrepancies. • Track revisions, updates, and changes to documents. • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure everyone is working with the latest versions. Qualification: a) Graduation. Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience is required. Skills: • Basic Computer knowledge is required. • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Sheets knowledge is required. a) Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS). b) Data organization skills. c) Attention to detail. d) Proficient typing and editing skills.
