Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller with 3 to 8 years of experience to manage all documentation within our company, ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage the creation, distribution, and storage of documents, maintaining efficient record-keeping systems.
  • Oversee document control processes, including setting up, copying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Review and maintain the accuracy of records, editing as necessary to ensure they are up to date.
  • Distribute documents to relevant team members, ensuring they are aware of any updates or changes.
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation and manage documentation processes within the organization.
  • Continuously improve document control processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist employees with accessing documents through our document management system.
  • Perform any other duty assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any stream.
  • Proven minimum 3 years of experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Document Management Systems (DMS) is an advantage.
  • Excellent typing and report writing skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to solve problems independently with some direction.
  • Works effectively in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude and good work ethic.
  • Self-motivated to meet deadlines.
