Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and hands-on
Corporate Branding Specialist
who can shape and amplify Tripjack’s employer brand. The role involves managing our online employer presence, creating engaging multimedia content, building campaigns that showcase our culture, and ensuring employees are our strongest brand ambassadors.
Key Responsibilities
○ Create and execute an annual corporate branding roadmap.
○ Design, write, and edit engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Glassdoor, AmbitionBox, and other platforms.○ Manage end-to-end creation of videos, reels, and employee storytelling content.○ Capture and edit employee testimonials, day-in-the-life videos, and culture showcases.
- Employee Engagement & Advocacy
○ Partner with internal teams to highlight employee stories and achievements.
○ Run internal campaigns encouraging employees to share and engage on social media.○ Organize photo/video shoots for events, milestones, and campaigns.
- Online Presence Management
○ Own and manage Tripjack’s employer profiles on Glassdoor, AmbitionBox, and LinkedIn.
○ Actively monitor and respond to reviews/feedback in line with brand tone.○ Drive strategies to improve online ratings and reputation.
- Collaboration & Analytics
○ Work closely with HR, Communications, and Leadership teams on employer branding initiatives.○ Track, analyze, and report performance of branding campaigns and online presence.○ Suggest innovative ideas to continuously strengthen Tripjack’s positioning as an employer of choice.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in employer branding, content creation, or social media management.
- Strong skills in content writing, video editing, and design tools (Adobe Premiere, Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
- Proven track record of managing Glassdoor, AmbitionBox, LinkedIn, and Instagram employer branding campaigns.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns independently.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to balance creativity with data-driven insights.
