Job Purpose:

Incumbent will be part Secured Loan- MSME - Risk & Policy Team for DMI Consumer Credit team. Core responsibilities would include evaluating creditworthiness of the clients by analyzing the financial performance of the clients for secured products primarily Loan against property.

Key Accountabilities:

Credit underwriting

§ Providing guidance to the business team w.r.t areas of policy and processes would be required on an ongoing basis.

§ Interacting with cross functional teams and ensuring correct implementation of credit policy guidelines in origination system and decisioning platforms

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification: Postgraduate degree in management / CA

Skills: Digital Assessment, Tech-savviness, Advanced Excel

Work Experience:

§ 6-8 Years of relevant experience for Senior Manager
