Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Install (New User Acquisition) & Digital Branding Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate must have 5-6 years of hands-on experience working on large budgets in driving user acquisition strategies for mobile app, as well as expertise in digital branding across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for executing campaigns that grow our user base while building a strong and consistent digital presence for our brand.

Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven User Acquisition, Order Maximization & Growth Manager to join our dynamic marketing team who can lead and execute data-driven initiatives to drive customer acquisition. The ideal candidate must have a strong analytical mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and 5-6 years of hands-on experience working on large budgets in driving user acquisition strategies for mobile apps. You will work cross-functionally with product, marketing, business, and analytics teams to identify growth opportunities and optimise the new user journey.

Key Responsibilities:

User Acquisition (Installs):

  • Design, execute, and optimise user acquisition campaigns, primarily focused on driving app installs.
  • Lead A/B testing and conversion optimisation efforts across marketing channels, landing pages, and user flows.
  • Identify new channels and tactics for user acquisition (mobile advertising networks, social media/influencer marketing, partnerships) to increase app installs and engagement.
  • Analyse and monitor performance across all acquisition channels to ensure campaigns meet acquisition goals, budget allocations, and ROI.
  • Work closely with the product and data teams to identify target segments, develop tailored campaigns, and ensure proper attribution and tracking.
  • A/B test campaigns and creatives to maximise conversion rates and overall effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with third-party agencies and internal teams to expand reach and maximise user growth.

Business Growth:

  • Design and implement growth strategies across the funnel (acquisition, activation, retention)
  • Analyse user behaviour and funnel metrics to identify growth opportunities across acquisition, activation, and retention
  • Build models to forecast user growth, CAC, LTV, and ROI across various channels
  • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure proper event tracking, data cleanliness, and attribution.
  • Support targeting, segmentation, and personalisation efforts through customer insights.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to drive improvements in conversion rates, user engagement

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work with the creative and content teams to develop engaging assets and messaging for acquisition and branding campaigns.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports on Key Growth KPI and insights to stakeholders, with a focus on both acquisition metrics and brand health.
  • Collaborate with product and growth teams to refine user acquisition and branding strategies based on feedback and results.
