Role Overview

Performance & Digital Marketing Associate

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, coordinate, execute, and optimise campaigns across

  Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms

  .
• Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure ad copies, visuals, and landing pages align with brand tone and objectives.
• Monitor daily campaign performance CTRs, CPCs, ROAS, conversion rates - and suggest optimisations.
• Assist in

  email marketing, retention marketing, influencer collaborations, and website (Built on shopify) performance tracking/conversion optimisation

  .
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and growth hacks relevant to D2C and beauty/skincare brands.
• Work closely with the founding team for campaign planning, budget allocation, and reporting.

What Were Looking For:

• At least 2+ years of

  hands-on relevant experience

  in performance marketing or digital marketing for e-commerce / D2C brands. (Those without relevant experience, please do not apply)
• Strong understanding of

  Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics, and tracking tools

  .
• A person with a sound understanding of marketing funnels, Knowledge of AI & tools for digital marketing.
• A person comfortable working in a growing company, where openness to learn and do multi-tasking is a pre-requisite.
• Excellent communication skills and an eye for creative detail.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment — someone who takes ownership and gets things done.
• Analytical mindset — you love data as much as you love ideas.
