Responsibilities : - Plan and execute result-oriented marketing campaigns across: - Social Media Marketing (Organic & Paid) - Influencer Marketing - WhatsApp Marketing - Email Marketing - Digital PPC Campaigns (Meta & Google ecosystem) - Manage and optimize our Shopify store, leveraging its app ecosystem for growth. - Conduct keyword research and planning to support SEO efforts. - Coordinate with social media influencers and agencies for collaborations and promotions. - Coordinate with agencies for photoshoots / video production / digital content creation - Hands on knowledge of using Canva for basic designing tasks. - Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and drive continuous improvement. Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in digital marketing. - Has a sound understanding of the marketing funnel. - Graduation is mandatory. - Strong English proficiency (written and verbal). - Basic understanding of SEO and keyword strategies. - Hands-on experience with Shopify and its app ecosystem. - Knowledge in Canva for design tasks. - Willingness to experiment and adapt to new tools/trends. - Basic knowledge of analytics and attribution of ad campaigns is required. - Knowledge of AI tools for digital marketing is a plus. - Must be comfortable working from our Ahmedabad office. Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Social Media Executive for our growing Skincare Brands to manage and enhance our presence on platforms like Instagram, YouTube & Twitter. The role focuses on content creation, audience engagement, influencer collaborations, and data-driven branding strategies to drive brand growth. It is a full-time role , based in Ahmedabad. Working from the office is mandatory. Key Responsibilities Manage Instagram and YouTube accounts, creating and posting trend-aligned content for the skincare industry. Nurture and grow a community of followers, organically. Develop and implement a social media branding strategy to boost visibility and engagement. Coordinate influencer collaborations (paid and barter) to expand brand reach. Provide quick, professional responses to audience comments and inquiries. Track and analyze key social media metrics (organic and paid) to optimize performance and report insights. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management, ideally in beauty or skincare. Proficiency in English and Hindi for effective communication.
