As a Compliance Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and driving a culture of compliance across the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Define and implement compliance frameworks, checklists, and policies to establish a robust compliance program. - Manage regulatory projects from initiation to closure, including the lifecycle management of relevant licenses. - Act as a regulatory liaison, facilitating discussions, submissions, and presentations with regulatory bodies. - Stay abreast of regulatory developments, analyze their impact on the business, and provide timely updates to stakeholders. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for drafting and reviewing compliance-related documents. In the realm of Licensing & Regulatory Support, you will be expected to: - Handle licensing applications and conduct regulatory research to ensure compliance. - Collaborate with the Information Security team for cybersecurity compliance and audits. Your role will also involve Process & Performance Management tasks such as: - Managing audit processes to detect compliance adherence on a periodic basis. - Analyzing data trends, identifying compliance gaps, and escalating issues as necessary. - Anticipating new regulatory developments and communicating them internally for informed business decisions. - Providing support for compliant business operations in domestic and international markets. - Driving internal people compliances in coordination with the vigilance and HR functions. Preferred Qualifications for this role include: - 6+ years of experience in compliance or risk operations. - Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills in English. - MBA from a top-tier institute. - Experience with RBI / NPCI regulations and cybersecurity audits. - Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), PMP, or Prince2. - Strong problem-solving and multi-project management skills.
