Job Description

As a Senior Manager- CMI & Brand Activations, your role will involve designing, planning, and executing end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research. This includes conducting consumer surveys, focus groups, IDIs, ethnography, segmentation, and perceptual mapping. You will analyze market trends, competitor performance, and consumer behavior across global and regional skincare markets using syndicated data and social listening tools. Your insights will be crucial in developing and presenting strategic recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership, translating them into action plans for brand, product, and GTM execution. Key Responsibilities: - Design, plan, and execute qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. - Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and consumer behavior using syndicated data and social listening tools. - Develop and present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, R&D, marketing, sales, and external agencies/vendors. - Support planning and evaluation of digital activations and brand experiences. - Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for ongoing performance tracking. - Monitor emerging trends in skincare, wellness, and consumer habits. - Conduct post-launch evaluations and customer feedback studies. Brand & Positioning / Omnichannel Responsibilities: - Lead brand positioning and refine functional, symbolic, and experiential positioning. - Define the brand's unique value differentiation and consistent identity across channels. - Develop and execute omnichannel strategies for seamless integration. - Shape product and brand rollouts leveraging consumer insights. - Promote retention-centered, data-driven engagement models. Qualifications: - Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience required. - Preferred experience in the beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry. - In-depth understanding of all types of CMI research and holistic experience in Consumer and Market Research in FMCG. - Good to have experience in brand activations and brand management. - Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies based on research reports.
