Job Description

As a Senior Manager in CMI & Brand Activations, you will play a key role in driving insights and strategies to enhance brand performance and consumer engagement. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, planning, and executing qualitative and quantitative research such as consumer surveys, focus groups, IDIs, and ethnography to gather valuable insights. - Analyzing market trends, competitor performance, and consumer behavior across global and regional skincare markets using syndicated data and social listening tools. - Developing strategic recommendations and translating insights into actionable plans for brand, product, and go-to-market execution. - Collaborating cross-functionally with various departments and external agencies to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. - Supporting digital activations and brand experiences, defining consumer drivers, KPIs, and tracking campaign performance. - Building and maintaining reporting tools for ongoing performance tracking and market intelligence. - Monitoring emerging trends in skincare, wellness, and consumer habits to identify new opportunities or risks. - Conducting post-launch evaluations and customer feedback studies to optimize product success and campaign impact. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will lead brand positioning efforts, define unique value differentiation, and develop omnichannel strategies for seamless integration across various channels. Your qualifications should include: - 7 to 10 years of experience in Consumer and Market Research, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry. - In-depth understanding of various CMI research methodologies. - Experience in brand activations, brand management, and developing marketing strategies based on research insights. Your role will focus on promoting customer engagement models and loyalty, emphasizing continuity in customer experience rather than one-off campaigns.,
