Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead business transformation initiatives across multiple industries, focusing on process re-engineering, operational excellence, and digital transformation.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and design solutions that meet business objectives.
Analyze data to measure the impact of transformations and provide recommendations for future improvements.

Job Requirements :

8-15 years of experience in a similar role within IT Services & Consulting industry.
Green Belt certification in Six Sigma or equivalent continuous improvement methodology.
Proven track record of delivering successful business transformations through process transformation, financial transformation, or other means.
Should have handled transformation projects in any of the domain such as F&A, Financial Services, Capital markets, HR, Contact center etc.,
