About the role:

This position will manage & implement Brand Protection/Counterfeit Deterrent Technologies, Connected Packaging solutions for Existing/New brands

Role Responsibilities:

Independent decision making in consultation with the LM & other critical Legal, Supply & Demand stakeholdersSharp, Impactful, Objective, Actionable in a time bound manner & in keeping with DIAGEOs Values, Objectives & Dial-up behaviours
Financial Accountability (Budget/Revenue)
Market / Function Complexity
Have to independently manage & implement complex Interdependent projects with multiple touchpoints across external partners & internally with both Supply & Demand side stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities

Manage, curate & implement all Band Protection lead technology projects (Except closures)

OTIFQC & FTR of identified projects

Manage, Curate & implement Connected Packaging Technology

OTIFQC & FTR of identified projects

Experience / skills required:

Graduate engineer/B Pharm/B.DES/B.Sc with Post Graduation in Packaging
8- 10 years of relevant experience
Min 5-7 years should be with CPG company/s
