Senior Manager – Managed Business Services (BPO – Data Entry)

🚀 About the Role

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to shape and scale our BPO operations — driving strategy, transformation, and growth.

You will lead end-to-end business delivery, partner with clients globally, and bring automation, AI, and efficiency to life across large-scale operations.

1. Service Delivery Excellence & Governance

• Ensure 100% SLA compliance on accuracy, turnaround time, and quality across all accounts.
• Establish governance frameworks for client reviews, escalations, and service audits.
• Champion continuous improvement and operational best practices across teams.

2. Digital Transformation & Automation

• Partner with AI, RPA, and Application Development teams to identify and implement automation opportunities.
• Lead process re-engineering to reduce manual dependency and labour cost.
• Deliver measurable ROI through digitization, workflow automation, and analytics.

3. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

• Act as executive sponsor for key customer relationships.
• Represent MBS in strategic client governance, quarterly business reviews, and contract negotiations.
• Drive customer satisfaction >90%, ensuring long-term partnerships and account growth.

4. Talent & Organizational Leadership

• Lead Managers, Leads, and delivery teams across geographies.
• Build a high-performance culture with focus on capability development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
• Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee retention strategies.

Key Skills & Attributes

• Proven track record of leading large-scale BPO/Shared Services operations with P&L accountability.
• Expertise in process optimization, digital transformation, and automation (RPA/AI/ML).
• Strong client-facing leadership, with ability to influence at CxO level.
• Deep understanding of BPO economics, workforce planning, and delivery governance.
• Excellent financial acumen, analytical skills, and data-driven decision making.
• Inspirational leadership with ability to manage cross-functional, multi-location teams.
