The Role: Learning & Development Senior Associate

The ideal candidate is a passionate learning professional, strategic thinker, and an experienced leader, with expertise in corporate L&D, facilitation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications & experience:

10+ years of experience in corporate L&D, with a strong focus on leadership development and experiential learning.
Hands-on experience in facilitation or managing facilitation teams, ensuring a deep understanding of learner experiences. Proven track record in delivery management, leading large-scale learning programs with end-to-end project ownership. Strong strategic thinking abilities, translating business challenges into effective learning interventions. Experience in senior stakeholder management and maintaining strong client relationships. Ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing content teams.
