Job Description

We are looking for Corporate Trainers for a leading technology company in India.

Job Objective:

KRAs:

Developing, coordinating, and delivering class-leading Onboarding and Ongoing training.
Collaborating with the Training leads and other trainers for creating learning strategies for the organization.
Coordinating with the Instructional Designer and other team members to develop innovative learning programs to be delivered across different platforms instructor-led, web-based and eLearning solutions
Keeping the learning modules afresh by updating/revising it on an ongoing basis based on the updates from internal stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

A Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 3 years experience as a trainer with a corporate in the technology domain.
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Trainer in a corporate environment, with some relevant experience focused on product and process training
