Role Description We are looking for Freelance Foundation Trainers to deliver engaging and effective training programs across Madurai, Vijayawada, Noida, and Lucknow . Trainers will be responsible for preparing, conducting, and evaluating training sessions as per the Foundation Training curriculum listed below. Training Modules (Sample Topics) Business (BIS) Introduction to Business: What is Business, Objectives, Types Domains of Management: HR, Marketing, Finance, Operations Professional Ethics: Senses of Professional Ethics, Ethical Values Computer Organization (CO) Introduction to Computers and Hardware Computer System Basics & HW Components Processing Unit Fundamentals, Processor, Bus, Ports Computer Memory System Overview and Types Digital Logic (DL) Number Systems: Decimal, Binary, Octal, Hexadecimal Boolean Expressions & Simplification, Boolean Laws K-map (up to 3 variables) and Applications Responsibilities Deliver training sessions as per the Foundation modules. Prepare course materials and update content to align with industry standards. Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback. Mentor and guide trainees to enhance learning outcomes. Qualifications Strong knowledge in Engineering, Technology, and related fields. Prior experience in delivering Foundation or Technical Training. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to adapt training style to suit diverse learners. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
