Client Delivery Associate

Key Responsibilities: - Client Engagement: - Understand the learning & development needs of clients. - Collaborate with internal teams to create customized engagement proposals. - Serve as a point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. - Proposal Development & Communication: - Work with internal teams to build detailed proposals using MS PowerPoint. - Ensure proposals align with client requirements and brand guidelines. - Comply with standard proposal building processes and timelines. - Project Planning & Delivery: - Collaborate with the Project Management Office for program planning and execution. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth program execution. - Monitor progress, identify and resolve issues, and communicate plans to clients. - Innovation & Continuous Improvement: - Identify opportunities for program enhancement through innovative approaches. - Provide feedback on client preferences to refine and improve company offerings. Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of experience in client/account management, business development, LnD coordination, or project management. - Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail. - Interest or experience in the Learning & Development space. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage uncertainties effectively. - Creative thinking skills and the ability to research engagement needs and client profiles. - Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
