You will be joining ITW Playworx, an Entertainment, Media, and Communication arm of ITW Consulting Pvt. Ltd., an integrated marketing agency offering various services in Experiential Marketing, Digital, Entertainment, Communication, Creative, and MICE. The company's focus is on creating innovative brand solutions in the sports and entertainment industry for the modern consumer. Your main responsibility as a Business Head for Events will involve New Business Development, which includes onboarding new clients and expanding the company's portfolio. You will be tasked with connecting with new brands through different mediums to showcase the company's services, understand various verticals of the company, drive pitch presentations to senior client management, and identify new business growth opportunities. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, possess knowledge of P&L management, demonstrate strategic, creative, and operational clarity in business, and exhibit leadership qualities to manage and expand your own business team. Your functional skills should include Creative Thinking, Presentation skills, Client/Account Management, Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills.
