Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Delivery Associate, based in Coimbatore. The Client Delivery Associate will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients, handling inquiries, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key tasks include analyzing client needs, coordinating with teams for project execution, managing client communications, and ensuring timely delivery of commitments. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize service delivery and tracking performance metrics to exceed client expectations.

• Experience in Client Services and Communication to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Knowledge of Finance and ability to manage related tasks in client projects.

• Proactive approach with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
• Relevant experience or educational background in business, management, or a related field is a plus.
