Role: Senior IT Recruiter Exp: 8+yrs Location: Hyderabad (work from office) Notice Period: Immediate We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the recruitment efforts for technical positions across geographies and across the organization, identifying top-tier IT talent and partnering with hiring managers to fulfil workforce needs. Roles and Responsibilities: Traditional Recruiting Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions (Domestic & US open positions) Work on strategic global hiring programs. Work with senior leadership to drive hiring initiatives, hiring metric and dashboards to improve recruitment delivery. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business goals. Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and other creative channels. Conduct technical screenings and behavioural interviews. Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) and provide reports. Stay updated on the latest trends in IT recruiting, technologies, and competitor hiring practices. Preferred Experience Basic knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws with respect to the US market. Flexibility of time, availability to communicate with the stakeholders. Knowledgeable about different US work Visas like H1B, E3, and TN. Basic knowledge of different US Tax terms is required (1099/W2/Corp-Corp) Ability to display great sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills. Should be self-motivated as well as a team player. The ability to think analytically so as to consider all applicants and recommend the right fit for the organization. Should have excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to network to build an exemplary IT department for the company. Proficient in English. Show more Show less
