About the Role

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for permanent IT roles.
Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements.
Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, references, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate pipeline and manage applicant tracking systems.
Negotiate salary and close offers effectively.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
6 Months 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in permanent staffing.
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.) and professional networks (LinkedIn).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
