About the Role

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for permanent IT roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements.
  • Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, references, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and manage applicant tracking systems.
  • Negotiate salary and close offers effectively.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 6 Months 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in permanent staffing.
  • Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.) and professional networks (LinkedIn).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
