The Knowledge Academy is seeking an experienced sales manager to play a pivotal role within our rapidly expanding global training organization. As a sales manager, your primary responsibility will be to engage with existing and potential B2B clients, educating them about our product range and effectively converting sales. This opportunity is ideal for a professional with exceptional interpersonal skills. Your responsibilities will include consistently achieving and surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual B2B revenue targets. You should be adept at successfully and enthusiastically selling to diverse international audiences, as well as exploring upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand revenue streams. Additionally, you will focus on acquiring new customers, managing customer relationships, and maintaining high standards of communication, product knowledge, and business acumen in pre-sales support. In this role, you will have the chance to travel internationally for upskilling programs, management meetings, and client engagement. You will also be expected to review customer activity, anticipate their needs, enhance customer satisfaction, and stay informed about market, competitor, and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve. Continuous learning and skill development opportunities will be provided, along with ongoing training and career development support. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 6 months of sales experience, preferably in the technology sector, with a background in selling EdTech or other technology-based services. A strong understanding of the technology or education industry is essential, along with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Functional competencies in time and data management, accurate record-keeping, and a drive for excellence are required, as well as excellent personal and professional presentation. Fluency in English without MTI influence and the ability to perform under pressure are also key attributes.
