As a Senior Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for consistently achieving and surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Additionally, you will drive new customer acquisition, nurture existing relationships, deliver pre-sales support, and uphold high communication standards. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 6+ months of sales experience, preferably in EdTech or tech-based services, with a strong background in B2C or the technology/education sector. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets is essential, along with exceptional communication skills in English (neutral accent). You should possess a smart, energetic, and commercially astute personality, able to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
