Job Description

HCK Solar is a segment of the Renewable Energy business division of Kankaria Group, founded in 1941 by Shri H C Kankaria. HCK Solar draws its strength from 25 years of experience in Low Voltage projects, specializes in security infrastructure solutions for industry and government, leveraging its legacy and expertise.

HCK Solar offers turnkey design, engineering, installation & commissioning of Solar Power Plants across the country as a vendor-neutral solutions provider bringing best-in-class value and services.

Our projects under execution include Jute Mills, Linen Spinning Mills, Lifestyle & Stitching Units. Our experienced team has delivered projects in Plastics, Cables, Jute, Iron & Steel, Chemical, and multiple other industry verticals and has hands-on knowledge of executing over 1 Gigawatt of projects.

We are looking for a confident, dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Person to support and drive our lead generation, client engagement, and inside sales activities for solar solutions in the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms.
  • Generate qualified leads for solar rooftop and ground-mounted projects.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable solar solutions in coordination with the technical team.
  • Maintain CRM database and ensure timely follow-up with leads.
  • Collaborate with the field sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and closure.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activity reports.
  • Support digital marketing campaigns to boost inbound leads.
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate / MBA preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in inside sales or tele-sales, preferably in SW Sales / Solar/Renewable Energy, Electrical, or similar Technical B2B industries
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Confident on calls and email communication with commercial and industrial clients
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM tools, and Google Workspace.
  • Good understanding of solar energy solutions or willingness to learn
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujrati

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
