Role Overview

Senior Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Research on various platforms like LinkedIn, websites etc.
  • Use Lusha, TalentAheads own database and other platforms.
  • Generate leads by cold calling, email, social media and qualify them to ensure they are potential clients
  • Understand potential client need and communicate to Managing director &/or Practice heads.
  • Follow up on generated leads as per need.
  • Schedule meetings with management.
  • Maintain CRM data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any stream.
  • 25 years of inside sales experience in B2B environment
  • Experience in inside sales of any HR services / recruitment services preferred but not mandatory .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and a team player.
