Senior Inside Sales Executive

As an Inside Sales professional in the IT services industry, your role will involve identifying potential clients and promoting our range of IT services. You should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of IT solutions, and a proven track record in outbound sales. - Prospecting and Lead Generation: - Conduct outbound activities such as emails and cold calls to introduce our IT services to potential clients. - Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and needs analysis. - Research and gather information on prospective clients to tailor sales pitches. - Market Research: - Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. - Sales Reporting: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system. - Generate regular sales reports to assess performance against targets. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: - 1-3 Years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in the IT services industry. - Familiarity with IT services and solutions. Communication Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and understandably. Negotiation Skills: - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. - Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively. Adaptability: - Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client requirements. - Must be open to working in US Shifts (4 PM to 1 AM).
