Job Description

As a Senior Information Technology Specialist at Lutron you will: Work across multiple Salesforce clouds, including Sales, Service, Marketing, B2B Commerce, Revenue Cloud and Field Service Interact with users across various Lutron business units and regions, solving their Salesforce-specific technical issues and providing new features to improve business processes
Work across all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to):
Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports Interface with other Salesforce developers, testers, and architects to solve user issues or implement/support new capabilities
Collaborate with team members using strong written and verbal communication skills provide technical support and guidance to the team on the day-to-day support tasks
Plan and run the training and onboarding plans for new team members Provide day-to-day supervision to the team members Identify, suggest and drive process improvements Stay aligned to Lutron s culture and values Be passionate Be flexible and adaptable to changing markets Be an innovative thinker Be customer focused Be ethical
