Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Information Technology Specialist located in Canada & Australia. The specialist will be responsible for overseeing network administration, ensuring network security, troubleshooting technical issues, and effectively responding to IT-related challenges. Additionally, they will collaborate with team members to manage IT systems and provide excellent support to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Network Administration and Network Security, with a strong understanding of modern networking technologies.
• Proficient in Information Technology and Troubleshooting, capable of solving technical issues efficiently.
• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on clear communication and providing timely IT support.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are advantageous.
• Prior experience in managing IT systems in a corporate or financial services environment is a plus.
