Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Information Technology Specialist located in Hyderabad. The Senior Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves maintaining and upgrading IT systems, implementing security measures, and offering support to end-users.
